I hit Piru Creek - the upper section - on Christmas Day.  It was a pretty slow day fishing-wise, but just about any day on the water is refreshing.

I tried this product for keeping the bugs off of me, but I think it was too cold for 'em anyway.  I can't say whether it works or not since I didn't see a bug all day.

This is the first time I've caught a fish dapping.  Luckily I was using my 9' rod so I could stand back from the shoreline.

This little guy jumped on my fly just as the last of the light was going out of the day.

Found a new access road... it was a nice day out.
