His name is Michael and he has picked up a lot - fast. It's amazing to me 1) to remember how hard it is to learn - there are so many little things I do without thinking now 2) how much teaching for just a few hours helped to sharpen my own skills and 3) that anyone who wants to learn should have at least a basic understanding of how difficult this sport can be. Michael gets #3, which makes him a great student and will ultimately make him a great angler.
